I worked on some really challenging projects which was both exciting and exhausting. The fun part was when the desired result was achieved, we would always celebrate by going out and motivating each other. I still miss that bonding which I’ve not had the chance to experience since I left sapient.

I’ve also had to the opportunity to work off-shore. I remember how excited I was and how I was encouraged for all the hard work I had put in to achieve it. I usually prefer to write or give feedback about anything once I’m done with it. But what Sapient Gurgaon has done for its employees during this lockdown is really worth praising and I couldn’t wait any longer to give my company a big thumbs up so here’s my Sapient Gurgaon feedback.

Before I proceed, here’s a little word of advice. If you too have Kids who are under 10, reading this blog further can result in making you jealous. Haha!

I’ve been working for Sapient Gurgaon for three and a half years now and I have a 7 year old boy who is obviously not attending school these days due to Covid-19 lockdown. If you too are a parent, I’m sure you can already relate to the nightmare that we go through in terms of managing office work and household chores especially with kids running around. Their energy level in the house is unmatched and it surprises me when I come to think about the source of their energy.

Their online classes also happen for a couple of hours post which they get back to being reckless routine. I was finding it really difficult to manage my child and channelizing his energy into something productive and something which would keep him occupied for a couple of hours more every day. The motive was not only to keep him busy, but to also make him learn something constructive.

A big round of applause to our leadership and management who came up with the idea of organizing Webinars for employee’s kids. It has been so helpful since my child started attending these webinars organized by Sapient. He spends his time learning new things and doing activities throughout the day.

As a result of that, my productivity at work has increased and I’m able to devote time better to my professional commitments. It’s rather surprising that I was able to write this feedback while he practiced his rhymes that he learned in one of the webinars.

The webinars are more like interactive sessions between the speakers and the kids and they all have so much fun when they attend it.
